The published table of evaluated projects does not contain projects related to the construction or complex reconstruction of higher category hospitals (i.e. V. level, IV. level, III. level) In the case of these hospitals, which the State considers to be crucial in the context of the provision of hospital health care, the government of the Slovak Republic has decided to prioritise them on the basis of a specific methodology reflecting strategic decisions. This methodology highlights the medical need for investment in key infrastructure and is clearly described in the Government Resolution below. The result of this special evaluation is the identification of projects for implementation under the Recovery and Resilience Plan as well as the description of this methodology, which are part of the Government Resolution No 441/2022 of 1.7.2022.
